This Sunday night, March 9, at (adjustment to time) 10:00 MST, Erin Renouf Mylroie is going to be on the Food Network Recipe Showdown. 
The above picture was plastered on the cover of Deseret News Food Section a few weeks ago. I think all of Utah will be watching our own little Food Network Star make her famous "Anniversary Chocolate-Buttermilk Layer Cake with Toffee and Toasted Almonds." Mmmmmm...Sounds good to me.
If you miss the Sunday Night Show, it will reair throughout the week.
P.S. I hear a few Montanos make Cameos on the show as well...

i accidentally caught this on food network, since erin hadn't fessed up to me about it. i thought erin got ripped off! there is no way that the plain old chocolate cake should have won the entire contest.
i noticed the montano girls in the audience as well. very fun to see them all grown up.
