The SEASON OF EASTER
Come take moments to read of the great love
The Savior has for all in the world
In the writings of His beloved friend, John.
See the blue canopied skies, growing flowers,
blossoming trees, all a part of nature’s art.
Don the colors of spring time,
Partake of the holiday meal.
Attend with others in our meetings.
Search for colored eggs.
Never to forget the generous Host
Who has provided all that we share,
Forgiven our faults, softened our sorrows,
Given us our earthly home
Constant in our care until we are
Called to return from
That bit of heaven where
we first began.
Easter Season surrounds us
by all that is good and true.
Our grateful hearts can
in simple words express
A quiet reverent, “Thank You.”
