WIN #2: Another win for their family: Erin won 1st Place for Good Housekeeping's Heart Healthy Food Contest with her Ethnic Favorite's Dish, "North African Spice Rubbed Chicken Foldover". She won a fun monetary prize ($5000.00!!), and a trip for two to NYC. Erin, Heidi, and Mary Kate had a wonderful quick weekend getaway to the Big Apple. They caught a broadway show, went to the MOMA Museum, ate lots of good food, attended galas and church, and stayed up way too late.
