MOM'S Friday Favorites (by MOM)
1. Anne of Green Gables illustrated by Mary Engelbreit. She has been reading this and enjoying rediscovering Anne with a cute little Engelbreit flower on each page.
2. Cinnamon Floss. Mom has always always always, anywhere and anytime been an expert flosser. She says cinnamon is her favorite.
3. Pumpkin colored Cardigan Sweater from Eddie Bauer. She bought a brown sweater and a pumpkin colored one. (I couldn't lift the picture but it is a long sleeve cardigan from EB)
4. Mom's latest Fruit Salad: 1 can of pineapple chunks with juice, 1 can of mandarin oranges, add fresh fruit such as apples, strawberries, and/or pears. The joy of this salad is that the pineapple juice keeps the fruit fresh. Drain the pineapple juice before serving, and serve over a bed of lettuce. Mom says you don't have to convince yourself to eat fruit you don't like, if you do it this way.

I love that you posted Mom's favorite things. That was nice of you, Heidi. All of Mom's favorite things are my favorite things, too, but not the fruit bowl of course.
I miss The Wall Street Journal. I used to read it at Renox, and Mom and Dad used to give me the paper when they were on Good old Gottes Lane.
Also, I love the song of the day. Good old Harry Connick Jr. from When Harry Met Sally. That's a Fave-too.
Can't wait for next week's Favorite's of Dad's. Don't forget we still want to know your Favorites,too.

I forgot to mention the dental floss. That was perfect.
It just wouldn't be Mom or Mom's house if you couldn't walk around and find little containers of Johnson and Johnson dental floss.

Oh I'm so glad you posted Mom's favorites! (I still want more favorites from you, though! =D) I didn't know that Mom loves the Wall Street Journal editorials! And I want to get a little ME Anne book. It looks so cute! And this just wouldn't be a post about Mom if you didn't mention dental floss!

I'm so glad you posted Mom's Favorites. I had no idea Mom loved the Wall Street Journal or fruit for that matter. That ME version of Anne looks adorable. Such a great story. I still want to hear your Favorites too though. And can't wait for Dad's!
