Renouf Family Reunion 2008

Phew! What a fun filled Family Reunion! I'm exhausted!
It was so much fun to see everyone. A BIG GIGANTIC HUGE thanks to Mom and Dad for providing such an amazing vacation for everyone. Thanks to everyone who helped. We are a big group and it takes a lot of work to keep us moving. THANKS!!!
These pictures were taken by Shane (I will add more as I get them. SEND ME ANY PICS YOU WANT POSTED). I hope you enjoy the memories! I can't wait until the next reunion.

Some favorites:
My (H#7) favorite activity was probably the Marv's Party. Although my baby was sick and miserable, I had such a fun time watching Leslie and Laurie run the party, and seeing Michelle and Erin Hoola Hoop. I felt like a kid again watching my cool older sisters make everything fun and hip. I loved watching all the kids dance, too.

Reeve loved Uncle Mike's boat the best. It was his first boat ride and he was so excited--it was killing him not to stand up and tigger jump on the ride. Reeve also loved his surfer birthday party.

Ivy loved playing in the sandbox and seeing Grandpa and Grandma.

Lavender loved her cousins and finally getting that ear healthy.

PLEASE COMMENT ON YOUR FAVORITES!!!

My favorite was the 50's party at Marv's. It was so well done. The games were fun, Laurie and Leslie were a crack-up. The prizes were fun, and the food was great! I was expecting to be allowed to order a few items off the menu and that would be it. The food was fun! And it was small enough that it was easy to watch the kids!

I'm with you Catte! It was a nice place for watching and entertaining kids because you knew they couldn't accidently escape. Who would have wanted to? It was sooo much fun. I especially liked baby paul's cool glasses :)

Mom and Dad throw the best parties.
We are all so lucky.
I had so much fun, that I can hardly wait for Europe. I'm so glad we have something wonderful to look forward to.

I think my favorite night was sitting at Tuacahn with Mary Kate. We laughed at everything, and ate snow cone after snow cone and popcorn. Her kids sat perfectly still through the entire performance even though Mary tried to convince me they were ready to go.
Little Adam had the best line of the whole Family Reunion. After intermission the nuns lined up again to begin the scene just like the beginning. Adam had a look of panic on his face and said with genuine worry, "Is it starting over?"
Mary Kate and I could not stop laughing. Even now, just typing and remembering the moment is making me laugh very hard.
Mary and I were so lucky to wind up sitting next to each other. We could not have planned it better if we tried.
From now on Mary Kate is my new Tuacahn Seat Partner. Maybe next time they'll show 3 1/2 hours of Gone With The Wind. We had so much fun that I'm sure we could find something to laugh about through that, too.
It was definitely the most memorable night.
50's night was great, too. Laurie was adorable with the cute costume and red glasses, and luckily she loaned me a pair, too. I love them and have them in my bathroom alongside a funny picture of us.
The whole Family Reunion was so much fun.
Like I said, Mom and Dad throw the best parties. We are all so lucky.
