Good Morning to you. This picture of Laurie is fitting for her birthday, sometimes you look at one of you pictures and it opens up the memories and feelings of even the very moment it happened. Laurie and I were off to see a photographer in Whittier. I had the day off from work, Evelyn had let me use her car and Laurie was just the happiest little girl, we were looking at eachother and smiling. It was one of those, "I could not be any happier right now!" moments in time; those small gifts of time, are part of one's rich treasures in life.

Looking back into the past, and then thinking about today . . . is remarkable. Happy Birthday Laurie from Mom and Dad.

This picture of Candice looks old. Why are the colors faded?
What a great story. I love it when we see, hear, or even smell something unique and it takes you back to one moment. Songs and pictures are the killers.
The good ole' days, when 6 cars on the road was a traffic jam and gas cost $.32 / gal. When Laurie didn't have to wear a seat belt and could jump from the front seat to the back. Yes, the good ole' days. When bangs and hair-doo's weren't so important. Just BIG SMILES !
HaPpY bIrThDaY Laurie!!!!!!

I am beginning to think this comment is not to be publshed. I have written it three time and this is the 4th time to try and and recreate my clever witty comments. First I love this picture but I do not remember taking my picture or having seen this. I have a theory why I may have chosen to forget it but lets save that for later. I love my Power Red Dress. This color looks fabulous on me. I look so happy and cute but under the surface a reason why I may have chosen to forget this picture. I think it was my HAIR-DOO. I am having a bad hair day, a bad bang day. I am a hair hopper Now don't be sensitive anyone, but I have a message that must be recorded in the Renouf family records...MOM's AND DAD'S NEVER EVER CUT Bangs. I believe that the Renouf family has a genetic condition that makes it impossible to cut bangs. I have experienced children who have had hair drama because I cut their bangs short and then made them wear holiday shirts in middle school. I may owe Mom or Dad an apology because another Renouf genetic trait is the burning desire for anyone of any age in our family to believe we can give our self a trim, age has no limits on this. So take this message to heart. Mom and Dad I love this special blog for me. Mom I miss going for a ride just you and me, can I come up and wear a red dress and go to take picture and then stop for a bland, boring snack ( I got me the Sugar's) Love you tons. Thank you for carrying me 9 months and 51 years with love and support. Crazy are the parents who think 18 means job done. Thanks to all my family for their kind, thoughtful comments and believe me ( Mike) I will have some one liners when we check out your baby pictures one day. ; )
Love you all thanks for all the great Birthday wishes !
