Since there are so many Jane Austen fans in our family, I thought you might enjoy this silly but fun little quiz. Find out which Austen Heroine (even if you are a hero) you are by clicking on the box above....

Darn it! I wanted so badly to be Elizabeth Bennet, but I am Marianne. Marianne gets on my nerves. I just want to save her from herself. She yells to loud on buggy rides and ignores perfectly respectables suitors and has cold feet in the night. There is one silver lining: Sailor is Marianne, too. At least we can be emotional wrecks together. Wasn't Marianne's mother a bit of a Marianne herself? Should I break the news to Shane that he is Colonel Brandon? E
I love Marianne! Never fret being a Marianne, for you will always have friend! I must confess that I leaned by heroine toward Elizabeth.....I think I really am Elinor, but who wants to be Elinor???? She's as dull as rocks. Thanks for commenting Marianne. Love ya, Elinore.
Everyone wants to be Elizabeth."Mistress of Pemberly" certainly has it's draw. Not to mention ten thousand pounds a year, and very likey more, doesn't hurt either. I love both Elinor and Marianne. Who wouldn't? I'm just glad I get to be Margaret.
I cannot make sense of the quiz. I took it once when it was first posted and I was shocked to find out that I was Marianne. Like Erin, I was very dismayed, I too wanted to be Elizabeth. I talked to MK today and she said I'm not Marianne, I'm Emma. I liked this prospect much better, eventhough she's no Elizabeth. So I retested today, and lo and behold I'm ELINORE! What?! How cant that be? Maybe I should just be content believing that I am the best of both worlds. Sense AND Sensibility. Or am I too loud on buggy rides, rude to perfectly respectable suitors, suffering from cold feet AND dull as rocks? Love to all Marinore (Could this be code for more annyoing?)
